Flexibility For Guests Travelling To OR From The Middle East, 1st – 12th March 2026

Due to closure of airspace, guests travelling to/from the Middle East holding Kenya Airways tickets with original travel dates 1st March - 12th March 2026 may be rebooked free of charge onto other Kenya Airways operated flights for travel up to 25th March 2026.
- This applies to tickets of original issue on/before 1st March 2026.
- Fare difference may apply in case of change in routing where applicable.
- Rebooking must be in the same booking class as originally booked or lowest available booking class within the same cabin.
- No rebooking will be allowed in J or Y RBDs.
- New travel dates must be made and tickets re-issued by 12th March 2026
Refunds:
Guests on cancelled flights may request a full refund.
- For wholly unutilized tickets, full refund is allowed, without penalty.
- For partially utilized tickets:
- For tickets whose return journey has not commenced, refund will be on one half of the round-trip fare and any unused charges and taxes.
- For tickets whose return journey have commenced, refund will be calculated less the prorated portion already utilized. Unused charges and taxes will be refunded.
- Refund penalties are waived.
- Refund application should be submitted on or before 12th Mar 2026
