Dear Customer,
Due to longer processing times at immigration controls at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG), we recommend that our customers arrive at the airport at least 4 hours before their scheduled departure time.
We invite you to allow extra time for your journey to the airport and to complete your check-in earlier than usual.

Resumption of Daily Nairobi (NBO) – Dubai (DXB) Flights
We are pleased to announce that we have officially resumed our daily flight operations between Nairobi (NBO) and Dubai (DXB) effective May 14, 2026.
Consequently, guests are advised to follow new booking flexibility guidelines below.
Re-issue Free of Charges with the Following Conditions:
- Original ticket issue date must be on/before 13th May 2026
- Original travel dates must be between 01st March 2026-13th May 2026
- Any re-issues must be completed on/before 22nd May 2026
- Fare difference may apply in case of change in routing where applicable.
- Rebooking must be in the same booking class as originally booked or lowest available booking class within the same cabin.
Refunds Free of Charges with the Following Conditions:
Guests whose flights were cancelled between 1st March 2026, and 13th May 2026 can request a refund if they do not want to rebook their travel.For wholly unutilized tickets, a full refund is allowed, without penalty.
- For partially utilized tickets:
- For tickets whose return journey has not commenced, refund will be one half of the round-trip fare and any unused charges and taxes.
- For tickets whose return journeys have commenced, the refund will be calculated less the prorated portion already utilized. Unused charges and taxes will be refunded.
- Original ticket issue date on/before 13th May 2026
- The refund application should be submitted on or before 31st May 2026
