Meet and Greet Premium Services

Kenya Airways through its Karibu team continuously receive Meet and Greet requests from guests to fast track them through airport touchpoints. Karibu team provides a seamless service that makes using the airport easy, quick and stress-free. The team provides this service for both arriving and departing guests.

The service will encompass: -

Personalized Meet and Greet guest at the aircraft door.
Pre-check in services that allow guest to only drop off their bags; priority baggage handling
Porterage services
Use of fast track counters (arrivals/departures)
Personalized Inter-Terminal Transfers
Fast track boarding
Lounge access will be at an extra cost if the guest is not eligible.

Bookings should be made through email to KaribuPremiumServices@kenya-airways.com indicating the service tier required, passenger name(s), ticket number or booking reference, flight number, and date. A response will be received within 4 hours.

Payment options

The following shall be the forms of making payment for the services.

Advance payment can be made through funds transfer to the below accounts in Kenya Shillings, Euros and US dollars only. The accounts office shall issue a receipt once payment is received. An attachment of the receipt will be required when booking for the services.
