Corporate Contracts

We understand that travel is the second highest budget consumer after payroll within most organizations. In this regard, we make an effort to support your travel program by offering benefits that are aligned with your Travel Policy to support cutting down on travel costs. We have an upfront corporate discount program that is attached to your travel spend on Kenya Airways and on top of that we offer value adds upon achieving agreed contract quotas.

To qualify for a corporate contract with us, we require a minimum annual travel spend of USD 25,000 or equivalent in your local currency. The corporate contract is signed between Kenya Airways, you the client, and your servicing Travel Agent / Travel Management Company for ease of execution we allow up to 3 agents. 

Business Travel Program

The corporate contract is coupled with a Service Level Agreement which defines our minimum service standard deliverable to your organizations. You also get a dedicated Key Account Manager who will walk the journey with you, with quarterly review meetings, and also offer support on call.

Once you sign a contract, we shall allocate you a unique tracking code, Owner Identifier Number (OIN) which must be inserted in all your booking for us to have visibility on your travel spend on Kenya Airways.
