Accessing Bookings Online
Bookings that can be accessed online:
For your booking to be available online, it must:
- Include travel still to be taken in one or both directions
Can my booking be changed or cancelled online?
Change Flight
You can change your bookings online, subject to the following:
- Booking has not been changed previously through the Contact center or travel agent.
- Ticket status is open for use, not checked in or suspended.
- Booking has travel still to be taken in one or both directions.
- Multi-stop bookings cannot be changed online.
- Booking has not been affected by schedule change
If booking has any of the above limitations and cannot be changed online, please call us on +254 711 024 747 for the changes. Please note that service fees will apply for changes made via the Contact center.
Cancel and Refund
You can cancel your bookings online, subject to the following:
Only bookings purchased directly from
www.kenya-airways.com can be cancelled and refunded online.
Cancellation must apply to all travelers in the same booking.
For bookings purchased through Kenya Airways Direct Office and Contact Center, refund can be requested through our Global Contact Centers or local offices.
Bookings purchased through travel agents contact the travel agent.
For any changes made in your fully and/or partially-used booking, fare rules for the most restricted branded fares will apply. Fees for booking changes are non-refundable.
