It is located on the coast of Angola with the Atlantic Ocean. Only gaining independence in 1974, it is the world's third most populous Portuguese-speaking city. Thus it has a very continental, warm and inviting ambiance.

    With forts, churches and many religious monuments prominent throughout Luanda. Beautiful beaches, amazing food and fantastic nightlife are another major attraction. The City is going through major constructional changes repairing much of the damage done during the Civil War, once done Luanda will be close to the top of every ones travel lists.

    Luanda has a range of enthralling views sights and landmarks. From Histoical Forts such a Fortaleza de São Miguel to magnificent Churches such as Igreja Nossa Senhora, it as something to keep you busy for the duration of your trip.
