Holding an economy class ticket? Our Bid to Upgrade Program allows you to quote an amount you would like to pay for the upgrade to Business Class and if your bid is the highest, you will travel in style in Africa’s leading Business Class.

You can place your bid offer online up to 7–10 hours before departure, depending on your point of departure. With a little luck, your bid will be accepted.

When you reach the check-in counter at the airport, request for an upgrade opportunity to be considered and you will be presented with the following options:

Purchasing a buy-up which means paying a fare difference between Economy Class ticket Fare and the available Business Class Fare. Kindly note this is subject to availability.
Last Minute Upgrades entails upgrading at the check in counter by paying a preset upgrade amount. Kindly note this is subject to availability.
Scan the self-upgrade QR code at check in or Transfer desks to complete your upgrade. Kindly note this is subject to Availability.
Scan the QR code on the Inflight Entertainment Screen to complete your upgrade. Kindly note this is subject to Availability.
