Upon arrival at the airport, Passengers will be received by Kenya Airways staff who will facilitate custom clearance and transfers for the tour. If you have a connecting flight and book a Safari Break, transit visa can be applied via http://evisa.go.ke/transit-visa.html at a cost of USD21.00 per person.

• 1. What is the KQ Go Wild Safari product?

  KQ Go Wild Safaris is an unforgettable and unique safari product offered to Kenya Airways guests to the Nairobi National Park. It entails a personalized and guided 4 hours game drive within the park.

• 2. Who is eligible for this product?

  Guests travelling on any Kenya Airways to Nairobi (NBO) or transiting through our hub at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi (NBO) and would wish to have an experience of the Nairobi National Park.

  Guests who are transiting through Nairobi should ensure that their journey has at least 8 hours transit time in Nairobi

  • A personalized guided 4-hour game drive
  • Breakfast or lunch in the park
  • Park admission fees

• 4. How much does it cost?

  It costs USD 200 or equivalent in local currency besides your ticket cost. Kindly note this fee does not include visa application fees.

• 5. How can you make a booking for the KQ Go Wild Safaris product?

  You can book using either of the following ways:

  1. Simply add KQ Go Wild Safaris in the Choose Services page while booking your ticket on www.kenya-airways.com.
  2. If you have an existing booking with us, you can add it too through the Manage Booking page
  3. Additionally you can also either visit your local Kenya Airways Sales Office or send us an email to [email protected]
• 6. Do you provide transit visas?

  For all of our passengers travelling to Kenya/ through Kenya, transit visa can be applied for online http://evisa.go.ke/transit-visa.html at a fee of US$21.00 per person.

• 7. Do you guarantee a place on a tour if I just turn up at the meeting point?

  You need to book at least 24hrs before arrival into Nairobi to be 100% sure of a place.

• 8. What is your cancellation policy?

  If you are not able to travel, kindly notify the KQ Holidays team within 24 hours. You can send an email: [email protected] or call +254711204747/ +254 20 6422686.

• 9. Can I get a refund?

  A guest can get a full refund if:

  • A cancellation request is sent via email to [email protected] at least 24 hours before departure.
  • In the event of a flight cancellation or delay
  • In case of visa being denied to the guest

  However, if a guest fails to communicate that they wish to cancel their safari break, they will be considered as a No Show and the product will be non-refundable in this case.

• 10. Is smoking permitted on the tour?

  The Nairobi National park is non-smoking zone.
