Please note that our records show you have entered an incorrect PIN code three times
for the account in question. For security reasons, this has resulted in online access
to the account being suspended for a 30 minute period. When the entire 30 minute
period has elapsed, please request a new PIN code online or else contact your Customer
Service Centre to request a new PIN code for your account. We regret that it is
not possible to request a new PIN code until the entire 30 minute period has elapsed.
