Important

  • Every single baggage should not exceed the limit of 32kg. Baggage weighing more than 32kg will not be accepted.

  • Kindly remember to attach a name and address tag to your bags. We recommend that you also place a baggage tag with your name and address inside each item of baggage in case baggage tags fall off the conveyor belt between check-in and loading.

  • If you are a SkyTeam Elite or Elite plus Member; Flying Blue Platinum, Gold or Silver member or are traveling Business Class your baggage will be accorded priority treatment. A special ‘Priority’ tag will be attached to your baggage to ensure that it is off loaded first after flight landing.
