Yes, if your ticket meets the criteria below:
- Refundable.
- Purchased on Kenya Airways website
- Purchased with form of payment Credit/Debit card, Mpesa , Airtel. Eazypay
How long will it take to process my online refund request?
Your refund is processed within 20 working days of recieving your request. If approved, your refund will appear on your credit card statement within one to two billing cycles.

I have a non-refundable ticket and will not be traveling. Can I obtain a refund?
No; With the exception of death of the passenger. In this case, you will be required to forward a copy of the death certificate.
