Unaccompanied Minors (5 years - 14 years old)
Kenya Airways will only accept responsibility for unaccompanied minors between Airport of embarkation and deplaning. These children must be accompanied as far as the airport and the parent/guardian escorting the unaccompanied minor must remain at the Airport until the flight departs.
The children should also have a pocket that holds all their details and is collected at the check in counters.

Physically challenged
Kenya Airways provides special arrangements for the physically challenged with prior booking. Wheel chairs are available also, with prior arrangement.
Blind, Deaf, or Mentally challenged
Prior information is vital for these passengers with special needs. Kenya Airways will provide assistance at check-in, boarding and departure.
